
Nepalese Ambassador to Bangladesh Ghanshyam Bhandari has called for stronger partnership between Bangladeshi and Nepali businesses to boost cooperation in trade, tourism, energy, and connectivity. He made the call when addressing a programme on “Nepal-Bangladesh Cooperation: Dynamics of Trade, Tourism, and Connectivity” held in Khulna on Friday, a press release of Nepalese embassy said here today.
The envoy also said Bangladesh-Nepal economic cooperation is gaining momentum, particularly following recent energy trade breakthroughs and rising tourism exchanges.
The ambassador urged local business leaders to actively engage with their Nepali counterparts to unlock the untapped potential between the two countries in the area of economy.
Second Secretary of the Nepalese Embassy Yojana Bamjan delivered a presentation outlining key areas of bilateral collaboration.
The presentation was followed by an interactive session where participants raised questions and shared insights.
