The ‘Bangla Talent Global Summit 2026’ was held in Stockholm on Saturday, bringing together expatriate Bangladeshis, entrepreneurs, professionals and content creators from eight countries.
Organised by Multi Talent World Magazine and Noticias Bangla, the event brought together representatives from different professional and creative fields. Organisers said the summit aimed to connect Bangladeshis living in different countries, facilitate the exchange of experiences and create new opportunities for collaboration.
World traveller Najmun Nahar was the keynote speaker at the event. According to the organisers, she is the first Bangladeshi woman to have travelled to 185 countries. She shared her travel experiences, stories of carrying the Bangladesh flag around the world and reflections from her journeys across different countries.
Salah Uddin Ziko, founder of Multi Talent World Magazine, said they plan to organise more international summits in different countries in the future. He said themed events focusing on areas such as sports and health are also being planned.
The organisers said the initiative aims to create an international platform connecting talented Bangladeshis, entrepreneurs, professionals and content creators from different parts of the world for networking, experience sharing and exploring new opportunities.
