Bangladesh Navy Ship ‘BNS Khalid Bin Walid’ has departed from Chattogram Naval Berth to participate in the 17th Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition – 2025 (LIMA-2025), to be held in Langkawi, Malaysia.
Prior to the departure, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral M Nazmul Hassan has given his visionary guidance and directives to the Ship’s Company, outlining the objectives of the Exercise.
The exercise will strengthen diplomatic ties, promote shared regional security and foster friendly relations between Bangladesh and other participating nations.
This will also enhance the professional skills of naval personnel and give them the opportunity to represent the country with honor, showcasing the efficiency and capabilities of the Bangladesh Navy on the global stage.
This international participation is not only a display of military capability but also a unique example of friendship, regional cooperation and maritime diplomacy.
