The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Bangladesh hosted a reception for the participants of the “Training Program for Senior Officials of Bangladesh to China.”
Dr Liu Yuyin, Chargé d’Affaires of the Chinese Embassy, and Md Ismail Zabihullah, Adviser to the Prime Minister of Bangladesh on Public Administration, attended and delivered remarks. All participants of the training program, who are scheduled to travel to China, were present.
Dr Liu Yuyin said that, under the strategic guidance of the leaders of the two countries, China-Bangladesh relations have been elevated to building a China-Bangladesh Community with a Shared Future in the New Era, injecting strong momentum into the long-term development of bilateral relations.
China firmly supports Bangladesh in exploring a development path suited to its own national conditions. Dr Liu expressed hope that the training program would enhance exchanges of experience in state governance between the two sides and make a positive contribution to Bangladesh’s national development and the building of a China-Bangladesh Community with a Shared Future.
Md Ismail Zabihullah expressed appreciation to the Chinese side for its thoughtful arrangements for the training program. He said that he hoped the visit to China would provide an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of China’s development experience, enhance mutual understanding and trust between the two countries and peoples, expand practical cooperation in areas such as trade, science and technology, and contribute to delivering more outcomes in China-Bangladesh relations.
