The National Productivity Organisation (NPO), under the Ministry of Industries, organised a colourful rally in the capital on Friday to mark National Productivity Day 2026.
The rally began at the gate of BCIC College in Mirpur, proceeded through Mirpur-1 Sony Cinema Hall and returned to the college, where it concluded, said a press release.
Industries Secretary Abdun Naser Khan, Additional Secretary Md Nuruzzaman and NPO Director General Md Nayeb Ali took part in the rally.
Senior officials of the Ministry of Industries and its affiliated sectors, corporations and organisations, representatives of the NPO and the APO Society for Bangladesh, officials from various public and private institutions, industrial owners, workers and employees also participated in the programme.
