Chattogram-based real estate company Epic Properties has signed an agreement with landowners to develop a new residential project, Halishahar Housing Estate, marking another milestone in its 23-year journey.
The agreement was signed at the company’s corporate office in the city’s Chatteswari Morr recently, bringing landowners Mohammad Humayun Kabir, Dil Afroza Begum and her heirs into a joint development venture with Epic Properties.
Describing the agreement as more than a commercial arrangement, Engineer Mohammad Anwar Hossain, director of Epic Properties Ltd, said the project reflected the trust and shared commitment between the landowners and the developer.“Land is deeply connected to people’s emotions. The landowners have shared those emotions with us. There were two families here before; from today, Epic becomes the third family in this journey. Another 27 families will join us,” he said.
The landowners said they chose Epic Properties because of its reputation for completing projects on time and its experienced management team.
Over the past 23 years, Epic Properties has handed over more than 75 residential and commercial projects, officials said.
It aims to complete Halishahar Housing Estate on schedule, with a focus on modern architecture and quality construction, they added.
