A fire broke out at an Apex outlet in Dhanmondi-27 of the capital this morning.
Fire Service and Civil Defence (FSCD) received information about the fire at 10:05 am, media officer Talha Bin Zasim said.
The Fire Service reached the scene within 10 minutes. The unit was stationed approximately two kilometres from the site of the incident.
Two units from Mohammadpur Fire Station are currently working to bring the blaze under control, while four more units are on their way to the scene.
The cause of the fire and any possible casualties or damage could not be known immediately.
